What you need to be successful

To be successful in the role of Charge Nurse at Jefferson City Manor, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualifications. First and foremost, a current LPN license or RN license is required, ensuring that you are equipped with the necessary knowledge and expertise to provide quality care to our residents.
