Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Patient Navigator to join our team. The Patient Navigator will be responsible for guiding patients through the surgical and procedure scheduling process, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout the surgical and procedure scheduling process

- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive timely and appropriate care

- Schedule appointments, surgeries, and procedures for patients, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time

- Provide patients with information about their procedures, including pre-operative and post-operative instructions

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and procedures

Requirements:
