Our service offerings include system analysis and design, application engineering, custom pump assembly, fabrication and machining, automation and controls, and equipment service, repair, and remanufacturing.
Summary: Analyze, maintain, and improve organizational performance by training new and existing personnel on business systems/software and by improving business processes across all company segments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Train existing and new employees on the most efficient use of business systems and processes, providing an engaging, interactive learning environment that accommodates different learning styles
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines and multimedia visual aids, tailored to the specific needs of the audience
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, making adjustments to content and delivery methods as needed
- Partner with and coach key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment that supports growth and innovation
- Assist in the development, implementation, and training of a continuous improvement strategy
- Collaborate with other team members and business services departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, including training, reporting, and systems enhancements
- Develop and maintain lobbies, forms, and reports utilizing SQL through business systems
- Travel to Tencarva locations as required
- Other duties as assigned by management

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. The ability to write routine reports and correspondence. The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
Mathematical Skills: Must be able to perform basic mathematical equations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, use of whole numbers, and percentage and decimals.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, the individual should have basic computer skills, knowledge of MS Office Software (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook), internet software, Company ERP system and business processes.
