Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Department: Delivery

Status: Full Time / Exempt

Hours: 8:00 – 4:00

Reports To: Delivery Manager

Essential Functions:

  • Returns:
    1. Oversee Supply Returns: Returns are to be processed daily. Work closely with the drivers to make sure they all understand the procedure that they are to be following and continually evaluate them.
    2. Make sure all items on the returns shelf are passed out accordingly. If something from one route was put on a different route and that driver brings it back for next day delivery, make sure it is in the correct route. Also pass out any promotional items that are on the shelf, along with catalogs.
  • Receiving:
    1. Oversee Receiving: Unload trucks and warehouse products daily. Receive all incoming product (supply, stock items, etc) If it is a stock item, it is to be put away and the stock is to be rotated.
  • Warehouse:
    1. Ensure that the warehouse is clean and organized
    2. UPS: Responsible for processing and shipping the UPS orders daily.
    3. Coordinate freight deliveries/shipments
    4. Minor maintenance on forklift
  • Team Work:
  1. Openly exchange ideas and opinions with co-workers and ask for help when needed.
  2. Works with Delivery Team Lead to ensure maximum efficiency of warehouse
  3. Maintain a good attitude and positive communication
  4. Communication: must follow up on issues/problems as quickly as possible. Keep the sales reps and supervisor informed of any issues. Work closely with manager on setting up and achieving quarterly goals.
  5. Assist sales reps with questions and requests

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School education or the equivalent.
  • PC literate.
  • Familiar with Excel.
  • Works well under pressure and achieves deadlines.
  • Ability to work with detailed information accurately.
  • Ability to communicate both written and orally.
