Qualifications:

  • Previous experience interpreting utility records, designating utilities and field sketching required, preferably in an engineering design environment
  • 0-2 years field experience in utility locating preferred
  • Strong management and organizational skills while performing field operation
  • Skills involved in the preparation/organization of field sketches & digital photographs, completion of daily checklists & timesheets, and vehicle navigation are required
  • Experience with NCDOT projects, Heath and Radio Detection equipment, and vacuum excavation a plus
  • Position will involve some travel out of town. Individual must be able to travel as needed
  • Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy
