Business Development Representative

Our client is searching for an ambitious and self-motivated Business Development Representative to join their swiftly growing sales team. This position provides a distinctive chance to boost sales, broaden market presence, and acquire new business for a technology-focused company based in Bristol, PA.
Your primary responsibility in this position will be to generate sales leads and establish a strong market presence by pursuing new business development opportunities. To excel in this role, you must identify and nurture new business prospects through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals. Your ultimate objective will be to acquire new clients. To achieve this, you will build and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of immediate and long-term opportunities. You will also be expected to provide daily and monthly reports on your activities, requiring you to use sales management software such as Salesforce.
Responsibilities & prior experience:
- Generate new sales leads by cold-calling prospective clients.
- Gain market position by setting appointments for Sales Representatives. Appointments from leads will be handed off to the Sales Reps
- Prospect, Identify and Develop new business opportunities by networking, using social media, referrals, and other lead-generation tactics
- Build and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure a continuous population of immediate and long-term opportunities
- Prior experience of at least 1-2 years as a Business Development Representative, setting qualified appointments for a sales team
- At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce

After 90 days of Full-time employment, our client offers full-time employees the following:
