Overview:

As Licensing Manager at Studio McGee, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, ensuring efficient execution, and monitoring progress for our Licensing partnerships. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives, managing Licensing partnership assortments, and aligning with senior leadership to meet project goals and expectations. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and milestones for Licensing partnerships to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leads to identify and address resource constraints or conflicts.
  • Capture lessons learned from each project to inform best practices and improve future project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to support overall business objectives and priorities.
  • Manage Licensing assortments and highlight risk and opportunities for upcoming launches.
  • Facilitate sample management with Warehouse and Creative partners.
  • Communicate effectively with VP of Merchandising and Licensing, to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Retail Management or related field
  • Proven experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
