Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Global Operations Support Specialist to bolster our daily operations in Reagent manufacturing. This pivotal role involves troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong scientific background in Chemistry or Biochemistry, coupled with expertise in techniques such as IHC, ISH, and ICC. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for problem-solving, and are committed to ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve operational issues through systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and address challenges efficiently.
- Document non-conformances, temporary deviations, and corrective actions in adherence to regulatory standards.
- Write technical documents and reports for compliance purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage supplier change notifications and assess their impact on manufacturing processes.
- Review and approve design changes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and their application in manufacturing environments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adept at prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough root-cause investigations to address operational challenges.
- Hands-on experience with techniques such as Immunohistochemistry (IHC), In Situ Hybridization (ISH), and Immunocytochemistry (ICC).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Strong understanding of scientific principles and their application in manufacturing processes.
