Clinical Site Team Leader Position Summary: In conjunction with the Site Team Administrator, the Clinical Site Team Leader (CSTL) will act as a representative of the leadership team within their assigned facility. The CSTL will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic planning of nursing and ancillary services within the medical department including, but not limited to, personnel, maintaining budgets, coordinating off-site services, and navigating operation regarding pharmacy, medical services, and mental health services.

Clinical Site Team Leader Mandatory Functions:

Staff Development and Management:

· CSTL will assure quality and standard of care is being upheld in every interaction with patients, clients, and team members.

· Create a positive work environment/culture by encouraging professional growth, communication, and transparency with nursing and support staff.

· Assist and support all human resource functions by recruiting, hiring, orientating, and training.

· Providing ongoing leadership, supervision, and feedback with all staff, including weekly touch points, coaching, counseling, and disciplining.

· Coordinate and complete monthly schedules. Where gaps are present, work with the Scheduling Coordinator to fill shifts.

Administrative/Clinical Functions:

· Coordinate with pharmacy to make sure orders and patient health is priority

· Coordinate and collaborate with medical provider and mental health to develop treatment plans.

· Participate in continuous quality improvement audits and provide recommendations for improvements, when needed.

· Oversee and maintain supplies and ordering including medications, medical supplies, and patient care equipment.

Clinical Site Team Leader Requirements:

· RN or LPN Licensure

· CPR Certified

THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE BEING ON CALL.

Clinical Site Team Leader Preference:

· Correctional experience is preferred but not required.

· Management experience is required
