YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for handling initial customer contact, both through incoming calls and walk-ins, as well as creating work orders using our POS system. Basic computer skills are a must for this role. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in customer follow-up and general office management tasks. While previous experience in automotive customer service or service management is a plus, we welcome candidates with a hunger to learn and grow in this exciting industry.
