  • Lead and manage the estimating process for projects, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather information for cost estimates.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement processes.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key suppliers.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts and terms with suppliers.
  • Analyze procurement costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Manage sourcing budget for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about market trends and new technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and quality assurance departments.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in procurement.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes in sourcing and estimating.
  • Recommend enhancements to procurement systems.
  • Establish KPIs to measure success and hold the team accountable.

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, or related field.
  • Competence with ERP and sourcing tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Desired Experience:
  • Prior packaging experience.
