**Position Overview**:
As the Supply Chain Manager at Del Medical, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our supply chain operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with the highest industry standards. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support Del Medical’s production and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with company goals.
- **Supplier Management and Procurement**:

- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts to achieve the best terms for pricing, quality, and delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Optimize inventory levels to support production needs while minimizing costs.
- Implement and manage inventory control systems to track stock levels and forecast future requirements accurately.
- **Logistics and Distribution**:

- Oversee all logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and finished products.
- Manage warehousing operations to maximize efficiency and accuracy in storage and distribution.
- **Quality and Compliance**:

- Ensure all supply chain activities comply with industry regulations, including ISO 13485 and FDA standards.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve any supplier-related quality issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
- Proficiency with supply chain management software and technologies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA).
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
