 Deco ThinkTell is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
 
Pay: $18.50 - $29.50 per hour
Job: Onsite - Full time

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support: Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and account management.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn customer service software.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
