The Inside Sales Specialist will prospect and qualify new business opportunities as well as nurture existing client relationships to uncover additional sales. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on our digital carillon instruments that project the timeless sounds and melodies of cast bronze bells from bell towers and churches across the country. You will be involved in selling these products directly to churches, universities & schools, and civic organizations.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to play a keyboard instrument such as piano and/or organ
- Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong prospecting and phone skills
- Basic keyboard skills to demonstrate keyboard options with the carillon products
- Understand denominational differences in clergy communication
- Understand denominational differences in church building nomenclature
- Excellent customer relationship building skills
- Experience using a CRM database (we use Goldmine)
- Ability to drive sales and revenue growth
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
