In order to continue our record growth streak, we need people like YOU to join our team Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, who will be responsible for processing inbound/outbound shipments via computerized operating system(s).


Key Accountabilities:

  • Receive and process receipts of ware via ERP system
  • Maintain an accurate account of inventory
  • Accurately and efficiently fulfill orders
  • Prepare billing processes and paperwork for warehouse and drop ship orders
  • Maintain an efficient and orderly warehouse
  • Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values
  • Other tasks as required


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • HS diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • Minimum 1 year prior warehouse and forklift experience desired
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Is detail oriented and able to work independently
  • Demonstrates interpersonal effectiveness


Working Environment and Physical Requirements:

Must be able to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 20lbs and occasionally lift and move boxes and/or pallets up to 45lbs through warehouse environment.
