  • Ensure that all goals are achieved. (IE. sales volume, margin, bedding, protection plan, etc.)
  • GPS submitted every Monday.
  • Monthly Recap on bottom 25% submitted by the 5th of each month.
  • One-on-Ones completed no later than the 5th of each month.
  • Store properly trained and staffed. Onboarding of your staff at your store is your responsibility, as well as training and growing of your staff.
  • Financing processed with-in five days of the client receiving their merchandise.
  • Support and enforce your staff using the JRM “Customer to Client” sales process that we have implemented and provided training on. All tools must be utilized including sketchbooks and client boxes.
  • Ensure that the store is clean and up to standard at all times.
  • Ensure that daily huddles are held twice daily, no matter the staff size.
  • Communicate and distribute all important information discussed in meetings or with other management.
  • Follow the policies and procedures already set forth. Be the role model.
  • Oversee all aspects of the store’s operation.
  • Resolve all customer service issues promptly that other empowered employees were unable to resolve.
  • Submit Commission & Payroll Reports promptly.
  • Hold entire staff accountable on all standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Make sure that the needs of each individual staff member are met to the best of your ability.
  • Support and meet with your stores management team as much as possible to ensure that everyone is on board and supports new implementations and policies. Be a united force as a team.
  • Give direction/support to other company employees in your location as needed (IE. Transfer Team, DC Employees, Visual Merchandising Assistant, etc.)
  • Be punctual and arrive at work with the right mindset. Leave issues/negative mindset at the door and come in ready to work as a team
  • Utilize the Manager Daily Checklist to execute operational excellence.
  • Ensure and verify each sales associate is accessing STORIS daily and reviewing tasks and open orders to include adding notes and scheduling deliveries. Review 'salesperson activity' report along with 'logistical scheduling' to look for past date estimated dates.
  • Work hard in hand with the Office manager to ensure all financing has been submitted and posted properly. Run financing reports to ensure financing balances
  • Report daily sales information into GPS daily. Update scorecard with sales goal.
