  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and verify sales orders into Odoo ERP remotely. Take orders directly from customers when needed, including restaurant and grocery store managers.
  • Customer Order Collection: Convert orders from various channels (Fax, Phone, WhatsApp, Text, Email) into Sales Orders in Odoo.
  • Data Verification: Ensure all data in Odoo is accurate and complete, including customer and sales information.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy, freeing the sales team to focus on their sales activities.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist with tasks to improve data management and order processing efficiency.

Requirements:


Minimum Qualifications

  • Odoo Expertise is mandatory.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Hindi. Other languages are a plus.
  • Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy balanced with speed for efficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, eFax systems, and transcription services.
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data entry or a related field preferred.
  • Use of AI tools to enhance productivity is encouraged; note that candidates are responsible for any inaccuracies.
