- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Direct inside traffic flow.
- Enroll guests into the system for checkout.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area:
- Mopping and sweeping reception areas.
- Cleaning windows as needed.
- Dusting desk and surrounding fixtures.
- Maintain brand and safety in entrance ways and parking lot:
- Sweeping parking lot for debris.
- Leaf blowing front entrance of dispensary.
- Laying salt/sand as needed to ensure the safety of team and customers.
- Take inside and outside trash to the dumpster daily.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Stay informed about current cannabis regulations and product knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned by management as needed.

- Laying salt/sand as needed to ensure the safety of team and customers.
- Stay informed about current cannabis regulations and product knowledge.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all privacy and security policies
Qualifications:
- 21+ years of age or older
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
