Mar Y Sol Mental Health Experts is a non-judgemental treatment environment dedicated to helping patients learn to control thoughts and emotions so they can achieve their goals beyond the treatment room.
We seek dedicated therapists to join our team and provide integrated mental health care. If you are a compassionate and highly skilled therapist or counselor committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals, we want to hear from you.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, to help clients manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.
Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and outside social workers, as needed, to coordinate care for clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of practice.Experience:
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
Licensure or certification as a mental health therapist (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, etc..).
Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with special needs or special education requirements.
Ability to collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs.
Familiarity with diagnostic coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, ICD-9) for accurate documentation and billing purposes.
Ability to effectively respond to emergency situations.
