CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is in search of a full-time Assistant Community Manager to assist in the management of an on-site community located in the Bolivia, NC region.


The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am- 5:30 pm. The pay rate is $18.00-20.00 hourly based on previous assistant management experience.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the Community Manager in all aspects of the job
  • Greet, welcome and direct homeowners that come into the office/clubhouse
  • Provide administrative support. ***Must be proficient in software usage/technology
  • Assist with communication to community board of directors
  • Schedule and prepare for regular board meetings
  • Maintain communication with homeowners
  • Respond to homeowner needs
  • Assist in the analysis of monthly financial reports, learn to create variance reports for the boards of directors
  • Contribute to monthly management reports
  • Contact vendors for community maintenance and special projects
  • Other items as needed
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
