RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING MANAGER:
  • Develop, implement, and manage an end-to-end marketing strategy to build brand awareness, generate and nurture leads, and enhance sales.
  • Lead the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content digital and analog to attract and engage new and existing customers.
  • Build and oversee digital marketing initiatives to attract traffic to the company website and promote an online presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
  • Leverage data to identify additional sales channels and drive incremental produce demand.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different media.
  • Own the oversight of all outside agencies and vendors, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing partners and tools.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar for marketing projects.
  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track anexpenditures, analyze ROI, and adjust optimize budget performance.
QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES):
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field required
  • Minimum five years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and advertising
  • Experience with a multi-brand, multi-site business strongly preferred
  • Experience operating in a high-growth environment will be an asset
  • Understanding of digital marketing analytics, tools, and best practices
  • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of the predominant digital marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and lead software
  • Hands-on experience with agency and vendor management
  • Some experience in team building and people leadership is preferred
