Trades Holding Co, LLC (Trades) is a franchisee operator of Mr. Rooter (plumbing) and Mr. Electric (electrical) residential home service brands. Trades is the largest Mr. Rooter Franchisee and employs 250 full-time employees including 215 trade professionals in the Cleveland, Columbus, Toledo, and Mansfield, OH markets. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING MANAGER:
- Develop, implement, and manage an end-to-end marketing strategy to build brand awareness, generate and nurture leads, and enhance sales.
- Lead the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content digital and analog to attract and engage new and existing customers.
- Build and oversee digital marketing initiatives to attract traffic to the company website and promote an online presence.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
- Leverage data to identify additional sales channels and drive incremental produce demand.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different media.
- Own the oversight of all outside agencies and vendors, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing partners and tools.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar for marketing projects.
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track anexpenditures, analyze ROI, and adjust optimize budget performance.
- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field required
- Minimum five years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and advertising
- Experience with a multi-brand, multi-site business strongly preferred
- Experience operating in a high-growth environment will be an asset
- Understanding of digital marketing analytics, tools, and best practices
- Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
- Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
- Extensive knowledge of the predominant digital marketing platforms
- Familiarity with marketing automation and lead software
- Hands-on experience with agency and vendor management
- Some experience in team building and people leadership is preferred
- A down-to-earth and approachable work style; ability to establish trust and build strong relationships quickly
- High team-orientation and servant leader approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to persuade, educate, and inspire
