Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equity Capital Markets Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of equity markets, financial analysis, and capital raising strategies. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in advising clients on equity offerings, structuring deals, conducting market research, and providing insights into market trends. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to evaluate potential equity transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, pitch presentations, and offering memoranda.
  • Develop financial models and valuation analyses to support equity offerings and strategic decisions.
  • Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Support senior management in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with legal, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
  • Few years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or related fields, with a focus on equity capital markets.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and corporate finance principles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and industry research.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior executives.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
