Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive landscape assessment.
- Analyze company financial statements, business models, and growth projections to assess investment potential and risks.
- Build financial models and perform valuation analyses to estimate the potential return on investment and determine appropriate deal structures.
- Monitor portfolio company performance, track key performance indicators, and provide ongoing support to portfolio management teams.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for investment committee meetings and investor communications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or venture capital, with a focus on technology, healthcare, or other high-growth sectors.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with valuation techniques such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transactions analysis (PTA).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw meaningful insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey investment theses and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
- Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology, with a genuine interest in supporting early-stage startups and driving positive social impact.
