The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and strategic designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives across packaging and print deliverables.

What You Will Do:.

  • Conceptualize, design and execute across a variety of campaigns and projects.
  • Displays keen attention-to-detail and upholds all work at the highest standards of quality.
  • Comfortable working within brand guidelines, but also extending and enhancing the design language as needed.
  • Create print deliverables including, but not limited to packaging, infographics, shopper marketing signage, out-of-home advertising.
  • Ensures creative deliverables are print ready and packaged properly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize designs that effectively communicate our brand message and product features.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies (including AI) to continuously elevate quality and increase efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and production quality.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
  • Create physical packaging mockups and review proofs

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • A dynamic creative portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including packaging and print examples.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout.
  • Ability to think conceptually, design and execute.
  • Excellent creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
