In this hybrid role, you'll work collaboratively with our Sales Training Manager to design and deliver impactful training programs that empower our sales force to achieve exceptional results.
What you will be doing:
- Sales Training and Onboarding: Develop, execute, and monitor sales training and onboarding programs, focusing on Sales Reps and Sales Support teams.
- System Training: Train sales teams on company systems, including CRM, ERP, and WEB.
- Program Administration: Facilitate the administration of sales onboarding and CLPs (Continuous Learning Plans).
- Training Effectiveness: Monitor the efficacy of sales training programs through regular assessment and feedback from trainees.
- Curriculum Development: Assist in developing and delivering programming for PJU and NSM.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate trainings both in person and virtually.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek out and implement new or improved training opportunities.
- Resource Development: Develop and maintain resources for the sales team, including handbooks, resource guides, and Dojo e-learning courses.
- Performance Feedback: Ensure a feedback loop on performance to the Sales Training Manager.
- Budget Management: Maintain an annual training specialist budget.
- Strategic Planning: Develop a strategic plan for annual sales training rollout.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison with CX, Talent, Sales Operations, and IT for training support and onboarding.
Must have:
- 3+ years’ experience in Training & Development role, preferably in Design industry
- Experience with CRM ERP System
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Project management experience preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
