Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly self-motivated, relentless and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at a large Domestic and Import dealership in Missouri. As a Full Time Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service in the automotive industry. This is an individual contributor role that offers competitive compensation of $125,000 per year ++. 

We are not looking for a "job hopper". Our turnover in this dealership is far below industry standard and we want to keep it that way. If you think you can be a value add to the TEAM day in and day out and is someone that can create immediate results by being an effective leader through holding people accountable while achieving results in volume and gross profit, then we want to talk with you

Compensation & Benefits:

- Compensation of $125,000 per year ++

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals and targets
- Supervise and train a team of sales representatives to ensure they are meeting their sales objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers
- Regularly review and update sales processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilize various sales techniques to close deals and achieve individual and team sales goals
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive sales management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
