SALES ASSOCIATE

The pay rate for this position starts at $15.00 based on experience plus monthly bonus eligibility We offer competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also offer 401(k) with company match and PTO.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling car wash memberships and providing excellent customer service at the point of the sale.

Leading by example and demonstrating our CORE values, you'll directly impact our company's growth and success. You'll have high expectations for yourself, sharpen your skills, build relationships, and impeccable industry-specific acumen; plus, you'll love working with your team daily. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES ASSOCIATE

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (i.e., car wash, retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods
  • Bilingual Preferred

Experience in a sales role at a car wash is highly preferred. We seek someone who can prioritize and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also be an excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and a team player.


WORK SCHEDULE

We're open 7 days a week. 7:30 A.M. to 7:30 P.M. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Bilingual candidates are preferred
