$500.00 Sign on BonusMachine Operator Location - 3000 MT Pleasant Street, Burlington, Iowa Starting Hourly Rate - $19.89/hr plus shift premiumsAvailable Shift Afternoons 3PM-11PM ($1.00 Shift Premium)Nights 11PM-7AM ($3.00 Shift Premium)

  • Perform machine set up and start up and change-overs.
  • Perform shut down and clean up procedures.
  • Perform or assist with light preventative maintenance on all equipment.
  • Understand and observe safety rules.
  • Responsible for following GMP'S
  • Will assist in achieving our SQF Certification on a yearly basis and to be SQF ready at all times.

What you bring to the party:

  • Prior Food Processing/Operator experience preferred
  • Troubleshooting Skills – Must have ability to work through problems backwards to find root causes and address issues.
  • Computer Skills - Must have basic computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills required to run production.
