Our client, a dynamic and innovative industry leader, is seeking a highly skilled Controls and Automation Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an onsite position that offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and implement control systems for complex industrial processes.
  • Program PLCs to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Configure SCADA systems to provide real-time process monitoring and control.
  • Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including design specifications, operating procedures, and maintenance manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in control system design and implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, or Controls Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of recent experience in controls and automation engineering.
  • Proven expertise in PLC programming, Instrument Control, and SCADA Architecture.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
