Benton Roofing is starting a residential shingle department. We are looking for a self-motivated person to start and guide this department with their experience and knowledge of residential roofing. This individual will build this new division from the ground up.


Oversee start-up, establishment, and growth of Nashville Service & Repair Division


  • Knowledge and experience with multiple types of commercial roofing systems or construction in general (required)
  • Experience with metal roofing
  • Sales mentality and experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and think outside-the-box 
  • Dependable and flexible with work hours
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Organized
  • Presentable in appearance, and professional when communicating with both customers and Benton Team Members
