Job Summary:
Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual for the role of Golf Pro Shop Manager. The Golf Pro Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pro shop, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to all guests. This is a full-time seasonal hourly position located in the beautiful College Corner, Ohio area.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the pro shop, including but not limited to scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized shop, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with equipment rentals, tee time reservations, and general inquiries
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory and sales, utilizing point of sale system
- Recruit, train, and supervise pro shop staff to ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase pro shop sales and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate and oversee golf tournaments and events held at the resort
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies
- Remain knowledgeable about current golf trends, products, and industry news to provide recommendations to guests
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure guest and employee safety
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a pro shop or similar retail environment
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in point of sale systems and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and equipment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
