Golf Pro

Job Summary:
Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center is seeking a highly skilled and talented Golf Pro to join our team. As the Golf Pro, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, teaching and instructing golf techniques, and facilitating a positive and enjoyable golf experience for guests. This is a full-time, hourly position located in College Corner, Ohio.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group golf lessons, clinics, and workshops to improve guests' golf skills and knowledge
- Assist in planning and executing golf tournaments, events, and outings
- Maintain and organize golf equipment and inventory, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
- Monitor and maintain the pace of play on the course to ensure a positive experience for all guests
- Stay up-to-date on golf industry trends, techniques, and technology to provide innovative and high-quality instruction
- Collaborate with other resort departments to create a seamless and exceptional guest experience
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and employees
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Golf Course Manager or Resort Management

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- PGA or LPGA certification or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Golf Pro or related position
- Passion for golf and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teaching skills
- Strong knowledge of golf equipment, rules, and course maintenance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
