GRH Healthcare is a healthcare staffing company headquartered in Blue Bell, PA with over 30 years in business seeking a Coordinator Specialist working for one of our partners.

You must be located in close proximity to our partner’s office near Winston-Salem, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist high performing recruitment coordinators with day to day recruiting tasks
  • Assist with credentialing applications and follow up with internal and external credentialing processes
  • Add billing forms to folders and send to facilities for payment if needed
  • Create rates addenda and assignment confirmations
  • Make calls, texts and emails to potential providers
  • Send out mass texts and emails for open needs
  • Regularly contact PRN providers
  • Contact providers who have previously worked or been submitted to open jobs
  • Follow up with new applicants to collect items needed

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge with MS Office, MS Excel in particular, Adobe
  • Computer Savvy
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and phone etiquette
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • Recruiting experience preferred, but not required
