Job Description: Patient Care Coordinator - American Hearing & Audiology

The ideal candidate for this role will be committed to accountability, respect, and growth. If you are enthusiastic about providing warm patient interactions, comfortable engaging with elderly patients, and possess sales experience, you would make a perfect fit for our company.

Job Duties:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • - Greeting patients with a positive attitude, ready to help solve their needs
  • - Handling inbound marketing calls and reaching out to patients proactively
  • - Coordinating hearing care providers' schedules
  • - Verifying patient insurance benefits and coverage
  • - Maintaining accurate records in practice management software
  • - Managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • - Engaging in community outreach events and health fairs

Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you should have the following:

  • - High School diploma
  • - Clear, strong voice with an energetic and outgoing personality
  • - Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse patient interactions
  • - 1-2+ years of office experience in a patient-driven industry
  • - Familiarity with word processing and database software
  • - Ability to efficiently manage a busy office environment

Pay

  • $18 - $21 / Hourly
  • Plus - Monthly bonus potential
