- Diagnostics: Conduct thorough diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve system malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear explanations of repairs, maintenance, and system recommendations.
- Documentation: Accurately document service activities, including parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and local building codes, ensuring safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other technicians and support staff, contributing to a positive team environment and sharing knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Certifications: EPA and RMGA Certification
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on a variety of HVAC systems.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment, with a solid understanding of HVAC principles and practices.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Driving: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
