Future Consideration- Experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Property and Casualty professional with an eye for verifying the accuracy of policies and endorsements on commercial accounts. As a Commercial Service Advisor, you will be primarily responsible for completing various duties and tasks which assist in servicing a book of business. For example, Service Advisors process new and renewal policies, endorsement requests, and Certificates of Insurance. In addition, Service Advisors speak with clients about billing questions and claims.
We will count on you to:
- Be Customer Focused. You must make every client interaction stand out for its collaborative spirit and professionalism.
- Be Analytical. You will review client information to ensure accuracy.
- Be Organized. You will need to stay focused on different tasks and use your time effectively and efficiently to be proactive and meet deadlines.
- Be Collaborative. Collaborate with your team to accomplish overall production, retention, and growth goals.
What you need to have:
- An active Property and Casualty license issued by the Texas Department of Insurance is preferred but not required.
- One year of servicing Commercial accounts or related experience. Two years preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance policies and coverages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in Applied EPIC is preferred but not required.
