  • Contacts qualifying clients to inform of program enrollment, process to determine eligibility and next steps.
  • Verify that all required documentation is available and correct.
  • Prepare relevant paperwork to ensure qualifying clients receive emergency financial assistance.
  • Verify the accuracy of receipts, invoices, and other documents for check requests.
  • Track expenses for clients in appropriate spreadsheets and databases.
List Qualification or Requirements:
  • High School diploma required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • One year of experience in a social service, administrative, or similar setting.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and navigating of the internet.
