  • 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM (Weekend availability required)
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
Join our team as a Juice Blending Technician and play a vital role in creating top-quality juice products. You will work with raw ingredients to blend and pasteurize juices according to our precise specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ingredient Handling: Obtain and manage raw materials, using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track usage.
  • Blending & Pasteurizing: Follow formulations from the Quality Assurance Department to blend concentrates and operate pasteurizers.
  • Documentation & Quality: Complete blend sheets, maintain accurate records, and deliver tanker samples for quality testing.
  • Safety & Sanitation: Ensure food safety and quality, wash and sanitize equipment, and adhere to safety procedures.
  • Communication: Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Quality Assurance teams.
Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle frequent changes and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages)
Education & Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, frequently lift 50 pounds
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands; occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Visual acuity for color, close, and distance vision
Work Environment:
  • Exposure to moving parts, wet or humid conditions, and occasional extreme cold
  • Potential exposure to high places, fumes, chemicals, and loud noise
