Bullet EV Charging Solutions is the fastest growing EV charger installation company in the US. We are the EV charger people Bullet EV specializes in installing, maintaining, and repairing EV chargers - both residential and commercial. We are only as good as our people. Bullet EV is assembling the most experienced, reliable and, trustworthy team of EV charger technicians and salespeople in the country.

We are looking for a motivated and highly energetic EV Charger Sales Consultant who will eagerly prospect new clients and expand business with current clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring commercial, government, and residential accounts for the sale and installation of EV charging stations. This is a commission-only position.

The role:

  • Hunt for new business opportunities to constantly grow the sales pipeline
  • Prospecting, qualifying & booking meetings
  • Addressing client needs, overcome objections and close deals
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to target potential clients and acquire new accounts
  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and competitors and stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within targeted organizations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
  • Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Monitoring sales performance and report on sales activities and results to management
  • Working closely and efficiently with the operations team

The ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of EV charging stations/solutions sales/installation experience
  • Proven track record of success in business development/sales, preferably in the EV charging station industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of EV charging station technology and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with government and other incentives and rebates eligible to EV charger customers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
