Job DescriptionJob Description

Nous sommes à la recherche pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque internationale, un Expert SIRH SAP, qui va prendre en charge la mise en place d’un outil SIRH, va assurer l’interface avec l’éditeur et la maitrise d’œuvre, et prendra en charge la configuration de la solution après le déploiement du pilote pour généralisation au niveau du reste des filiales.

Missions Principales:

  • Fournir l’expertise métier SIRH notamment sur l’outil SAP
  • Etudier le besoin des filiales et leurs fournir le conseil et l’expertise nécessaire pour mener les projets SIRH
  • Mise à jour des documents de configuration détaillés de chaque filiale
  • Analyser les contraintes techniques et identifier les solutions possibles
  • Animer les ateliers avec l’éditeur et définir avec lui les meilleures manières pour répondre aux besoins des filiales
  • Suivre les travaux d’interfaçage entre le nouvel outil et les outils groupe
  • Définir le processus de reprise des données existantes en prenant en considération les besoins de chaque filiale
  • Réaliser les livrables projets SIRH
  • Assurer le suivi de l’éditeur et faire le point sur l’avancement sur la partie configuration et paramétrage de la solution
  • Fournir le support aux filiales sur les différents sujets relatifs au SIRH
  • Gérer le support des clients dans l’assurance de la continuité de fonctionnement des applications Métiers.
  • Configurer et paramétrer la solution après la MEP du socle pilote auprès du reste des filiales AFS

Profil Recherché:

  • De Formation Bac+5 ou équivalent d'une école d'ingénieur ou université
  • Expérience de minimum 10 ans en paramétrage et configuration des solutions SIRH SAP

Compétences Techniques :

  • Bonne connaissance des outils SIRH et gestion de paie
  • Expériences réussies dans l’implémentation d’outil SIRH en mode multi sites
  • Expertise en gestion de projet d’implémentation d’outil SIRH
  • Expertise en implémentation d’outil Saas
  • Bonne maitrise de méthode de gestion projet
  • Maîtrise de l’architecture applicative Saas / SIRH
  • Compréhension de l’environnement et des activités de la banque de détail, des domaines fonctionnels bancaire, des référentiels clients et comptes, des besoins et des contraintes des utilisateurs.
  • Maîtrise de l’organisation et de la conduite de réunions
  • Maîtrise de la rédaction et de la cartographie des processus
  • Anglais courant : échanges à l’écrit et à l’oral avec entités du Groupe (siège et filiales)
