The Onboarding Specialist assists the Onboarding Process of the Core Group Contractor base. This position is the primary point of contact for contractors after they have been approved for mobilization by our clients. They continually deliver first-in-class service to our Contractors.  


The Onboarding Specialist is a valued contributor in the Operations department, assisting with logistics and operational projects, company outreach, and other special projects as assigned.  

 

Primary Activities: 

  • Working with our new contractors to get all the required documentation.  
  • Coordinating background checks and drug screenings.  
  • Assisting with Contractor logistics as needed  
  • Contribute as needed for Contractor Travel and Logistics  
  • Available for afterhours call rotation for Contractor Travel and Logistics as needed. 
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures related to compliance.  


Supplemental Activities: 

  • Cross-train with Logistics Specialist.  
  • Cross-train with Case Coordinator.  
  • Special Projects as assigned.
