**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
In the Field Daily
- On the jobsite for 4+ customers per day
- On-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-ups Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.

Customer Service and Communication
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool Communicate with support team with questions

Follow Repair Process
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit Problem-solve repairs with creativity

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus, but is not required
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. An art background is helpful, but not necessary. Willingness to commit to learning a skill that may take months to master.

As a creative repair specialist we can problem-solve, finding a custom repair for the damage and saving them the hassle and cost of replacement.
