Abel Personnel’s client is seeking a dynamic Data Entry Operator for their maintenance ticket system within their Engineering and Planning Department. This is your opportunity to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment where your skills in data management will play a crucial role in the safety and efficiency of their operations.
Pay range: $20/$23/hr - Monday - Friday
What You'll Do:
In this multifaceted role, you’ll be at the heart of our maintenance and repair operations, ensuring that every work order is tracked and managed with precision. Here's a snapshot of your daily responsibilities:
• Data Management: Receive, enter, and manage metadata for all maintenance, repair, and improvement work orders across our facilities.
• System Maintenance: Run regular diagnostics, perform data backups, and troubleshoot any database issues that arise.
• Reporting: Compile and structure reports that analyze or summarize metadata, ensuring that our team is always in the loop.
• Customer Service: Assist internal users with database software and coordinate with vendors for technical support when needed.
What We're Looking For:
We’re searching for someone who is detail-oriented, with focus on attention to detail, tech-savvy, and ready to take on challenges. The ideal candidate will have:
• A high school diploma or GED
• Advanced computer skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office and MP-2 systems. Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel experience a plus
• A valid PA driver’s license
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• This is a temporary assignment with an undetermined length of time: possible hire
• Team Environment: Work alongside a dedicated team that values collaboration and innovation.
