Networking Monitoring and Automation / Sciencelogic Resource

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills:

  1. 5+ years’ experience in developing applications with API’s, Python, and SQL
  2. 5+ years’ experience in Network Engineering Operations, preferably with Federal customers
  3. Experience utilizing Python to Automate and write scripts for automation tools
  4. Experience with operating as a team lead, taking ownership for project tasks and coordination with both internal and external resources
  5. Experience working with on night and or weekend deployments or cutovers
  6. Team player that has ability to integrate well with peer technical domains in IT (Network, SDI, HPC, etc.)
  7. Ability to understand customer requirements and hit the ground running
  8. Very sensitive and flexible to customer needs, expectations, and timelines
  9. Ability to deliver solutions under strict deadlines
  10. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  11. Ability to write and maintain technical documentation based on project tasks and initiatives, including both high and low level designs
  12. Experience with ScienceLogic and/or other network automation and visibility tools is highly preferred
  13. Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
