Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all areas of assigned residential properties. This person will work directly with the Property Manager to schedule maintenance and prioritize work orders with properties, and will assign and supervise the work of the Maintenance team, which includes Maintenance Tech's and Maintenance Assistants.

The successful applicant will:

• High school education or equivalent
• CRMT accreditation preferred
• Two years of prior experience in all phases of building maintenance which includes but not limited to Appliance repair, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, and Preventative maintenance
• Staff Supervising experience
• Organize all contract vendors, scheduling for turnovers, and ensure that all work orders and other repair or preventative maintenance duties meet company policy
• Work directly with Property Manager to prioritize all work orders and to schedule maintenance for the property, as well as communicate concerns with any and all maintenance
• Be hands on in repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep and be available on call as well as possible overtime hours when needed
• Have a motor vehicle to be able to haul miscellaneous tools to property sites
