About the Role

Champion& Nash HVAC is looking for an Install & Maintenance Coordinator to ensure residential and commercial HVAC replacement sales are successfully installed in a timely manner, on budget, and to customer satisfaction. This position also coordinates and schedules residential and commercial HVAC maintenance visits with membership customers. The Install & Maintenance Coordinator reports directly to the General Manager and will work closely with Project Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, Service Technicians and homeowners to ensure a seamless sales and installation process. This is a full-time role based out of our Spring, TX office.

What You'll Do

  • Books install job type in ServiceTitan when replacement sales occurs
  • Coordinates with Project Managers and Service Technicians to understand scope of work and payment terms
  • Ensures financings applications are complete or deposits are collected prior to installation
  • Orders equipment, materials, and subcontractors (creating purchase orders) and coordinates with vendors and 3rd party businesses on delivery, pickup, or arrival
  • Pulls permits and schedule inspections; tracks recalls and warranty visits in ServiceTitan
  • Ensures jobs are properly staged at the warehouse for seamless pickup and complete installation
  • Calls customers prior to installation to set expectations on scope of work and time on job
  • Orders JB labor warranties and registers equipment warranty to manufacturer; confirm warranty & equipment information in ServiceTitan
  • Processes high-efficiency rebates, if applicable
  • Ensures payments are collected on every job; requests funding from financing partners
  • Conducts happy calls to customers post-installation and sends thank you package to ensure satisfaction
  • Manages commercial maintenance accounts and schedules visits according to contractual obligations; reviews maintenance reports with Commercial Project Managers for replacement opportunities
  • Manages residential membership base; ensures current membership base renews contracts, if applicable, and schedules seasonal maintenance visits

  • Service Titan experience is a plus
  • Experience in the home services industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to handle customer complaints and conflicts
