In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations and handling customer transactions. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and cashier area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
  • Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.

Requirements:
