Job Highlights:

The ideal candidate for the Mental Health/Substance Abuse Program Supervisor will exhibit extensive knowledge working within the substance abuse and/or mental health environment as well as possess experience with supervising a team of operations personnel.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma with Florida BHT Certification.
Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience in substance abuse and/or mental health field.
Minimum three (3) years experience working in substance abuse and/or mental health field.
Demonstrates good communication and leadership skills

Computer Literate

Responsibilities:


Provide training and supervision of the operations staff.
Assist in ensuring policies and procedures are followed by operations staff.
Accountable for providing facility oversight, floor management and ensuring sight and sound supervision is provided by appropriate staff.
Assure continuous facility rounds of rooms and grounds are conducted as assigned.
Conduct weekly staff meetings.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating persons served activities, events, and reward programs.
Encourages a positive work environment for team mentality.
Participate in continuing professional growth.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Programs.
