Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting potential leads into loyal customers.
Position Details:
  • Direct hire
  • Fully in office
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • $20-$22/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels including cold calls, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and transfer high-potential leads to the appropriate sales representatives or teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Follow up on inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to clients and prospects.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Experience with consultative selling techniques is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to collective goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
