Position Summary:
Roseman University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Development Director to lead and manage the comprehensive fundraising efforts of Roseman University's College of Dental Medicine. This individual will be responsible for managing a major gift portfolio, building relationships with prospective donors, and coordinating with university leadership and faculty to align donor interests with institutional priorities. Key responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, planning fundraising events, and achieving an annual fundraising goal. This position demands a deep understanding of the University’s mission and current priorities, along with a commitment to meeting all reporting and accountability standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two to three years of experience in a related position.
